Unfortunately, these creams are ineffective and believed to create severe side effects like dizziness, tremors, diarrhea or even irregular heart beat.

Low-calorie diet is one of the safest ways to rapid weight loss because this is done under a medical supervision. It is a specialized method that helps dieters keep away from unhealthy food. The drawback to this method is that it may be quite expensive and difficult to do. 

So, what method is the best? For  rapid weight loss, the key is to lessen your calorie intake and to exercise religiously. Remember to consume less calories than your body can burn. Even without using any of the expensive and painful methods that promise drastic weight loss, you can still achieve your dream weight if you keep your motivation level high.
